Scope Of Work
PCS Inc. completed a selective demolition project for CMSI at Maryland General Hospital in Baltimore, MD. The renovation consisted of approximately 13,000 SF within occupied areas on the 7th floor of the hospital. PCS, Inc. crews installed 7-story trash chutes that were utilized for all waste generated on the project. Multiple around-the-clock shifts were utilized in order to complete the project within the time sensitive schedule.
